These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Woyage, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services, and you must discontinue use immediately.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to registered users, visitors, and others who access or use the Services.
If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you affirm that you have the authority to bind that organization or entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" refer to that organization or entity.
1. OVERVIEW OF SERVICES
Woyage.AI is an AI-driven recruitment platform that enhances job-seeking and hiring experiences through advanced artificial intelligence technology. Our services assist candidates, recruiters, and employers by providing automated resume and cover letter generation, AI-powered interview simulations, and job application tools. Below is an overview of our core services and their functionalities.
AI-Powered Resume Builder: The AI Resume Builder streamlines the resume creation process using machine learning to generate professionally formatted, ATS-friendly resumes. It offers optimized job descriptions, grammar corrections, and readability enhancements. Users can customize content and secure data storage, with the option for deletion upon request also provided.
AI-Powered Cover Letter Generator: The AI Cover Letter Generator crafts tailored, job-specific cover letters based on user-provided resume details, job titles, and descriptions. It features tone customization, professional formatting, and full editability. The generator maintains strict data security measures and controls user’s stored information.
AI Mock Interview System: The AI Mock Interview System delivers a dynamic, AI-driven interview experience where candidates respond to industry-relevant questions via video or audio, with AI analyzing speech clarity, confidence, and response quality, providing real-time feedback, personalized performance reports, and secure storage with user-controlled deletion options.
1.1 Availability & Service Limitations
Woyage.AI aims to provide 24/7 platform access but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or unexpected technical outages, and certain features may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Woyage.AI’s services are primarily accessible in supported jurisdictions, and users outside these regions may encounter limitations in functionality or availability based on regional restrictions.
Woyage.AI integrates external AI services, APIs, and cloud storage providers but is not liable for third-party service disruptions, security vulnerabilities, or data breaches that may impact platform functionality.
Users are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection, securing their devices and accounts, and complying with platform guidelines, as Woyage.AI reserves the right to suspend access for unauthorized or prohibited activities.
2. USER ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
To use the Services, users may be required to register an account by providing personal information such as name, email address, phone number, and password. Users must ensure that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials (username, password, etc.) confidential.
Users must not share login credentials or allow others to access their accounts. If users suspect any unauthorized activity, they must immediately notify Woyage.AI at support@woyage.ai. Woyage.AI reserves the right to suspend or deactivate accounts in case of suspected security breaches. We use encryption and security protocols to protect user accounts, but users acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to security risks.
2.1 Age & Eligibility Restrictions
The Services are only available to users 18 years of age or older. By using Woyage.AI, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Services may not be available in all countries. Users outside supported jurisdictions may experience limitations or restricted access. Woyage.AI reserves the right to deny access to users in locations where the platform is not legally permitted to operate.
If a user registers on behalf of an organization, they must have legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. Organizations using Woyage.AI for recruitment must comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws.
2.2 User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent account information may result in immediate termination.
Users must not misuse AI-generated resumes, cover letters, or interview tools for fraudulent activities (e.g., misrepresenting qualifications or impersonating others). They must comply with all applicable employment laws and ethical standards.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of Woyage.AI complies with local, national, and international laws related to employment, privacy, and AI usage. If they use the Services for recruitment or hiring, they must adhere to non-discrimination and fair hiring practices.
Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their accounts, including AI resume and cover letter generation, AI mock interview submissions, and job applications made through the platform. Users agree not to create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes or engage in activities that violate Woyage.AI’s guidelines.
3. USE OF AI IN RECRUITMENT & ALGORITHMIC FAIRNESS
Woyage.AI’s AI systems evaluate candidates based on structured inputs and predefined models, ensuring consistent and unbiased feedback.
When a user completes an AI-powered mock interview, the system utilizes advanced speech-to-text AI models to analyze verbal responses, evaluating speech clarity, language fluency, tone, and confidence. AI may also assess facial expressions, eye contact, and body language to gauge engagement levels if enabled. Additionally, the system measures the accuracy and relevance of user responses by comparing them to industry best practices and expected answers, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Woyage.AI’s AI-powered resume and cover letter optimization extracts key skills, experience, and achievements from user-provided inputs, ensuring that documents effectively highlight qualifications. The system compares user profiles against job descriptions to enhance resume content and suggests relevant keywords optimized for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), improving visibility and compatibility with employer hiring criteria.
3.1 AI Bias Mitigation & Fairness Measures
AI models are trained on diverse datasets to minimize biases in recruitment outcomes. Woyage.AI is committed to equity, fairness, and non-discrimination in all AI-assisted hiring processes.
Woyage.AI implements multiple strategies to reduce bias and ensure fair AI-driven evaluations across diverse user groups. The AI models are trained on globally diverse datasets to minimize bias and promote equitable assessment across different demographics. Regular bias audits and testing procedures are conducted to identify and mitigate potential biases related to gender, race, nationality, and other protected characteristics.
Woyage.AI complies with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations in the U.S., GDPR & CCPA (if AI decisions impact EU/California users), and ethical AI principles aligned with non-discriminatory hiring practices.
3.2 AI Decision-Making Transparency
Woyage.AI’s AI mock interview system evaluates responses based on predefined scoring criteria. It provides structured feedback reports highlighting strengths and areas for improvement while explaining why certain answers receive higher or lower scores.
The AI-driven resume and cover letter tool suggests keywords, formatting, and descriptions with explanations, offering alternative wording and confidence scores to help users optimize their job applications effectively.
Woyage.AI’s job matching system recommends roles based on skill alignment, experience, and industry trends. Transparency indicators, such as relevance scores, help users understand why specific jobs are suggested.
The User understands that AI does not make final hiring choices‐it only provides data-driven insights. Recruiters and employers make the final hiring decisions independently of AI-generated recommendations.
4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT & USER RESPONSIBILITY
Woyage.AI provides AI-powered tools to help users generate resumes, cover letters, and mock interview evaluations. While these tools are designed to enhance job-seeking and hiring processes, users must exercise discretion and verify AI-generated content before using it in professional settings.
4.1 AI Resume & Cover Letter Accuracy Disclaimer
Woyage.AI’s AI Resume Builder and AI Cover Letter Generator create professional documents using machine learning models trained on industry best practices. However, these AI-generated outputs are based on general data patterns and may not reflect industry-specific or personalized nuances. They may also contain inaccuracies, grammatical errors, or formatting inconsistencies that require manual correction and do not guarantee compliance with employer preferences or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Users manually review and edit AI-generated resumes and cover letters to ensure factual accuracy, including job titles, dates, responsibilities, and skills. They must also avoid misrepresenting themselves, as AI content is a suggestion rather than a definitive statement of experience. Employers may have their evaluation criteria that AI does not account for.
Woyage.AI is not liable if AI-generated materials do not meet specific employer expectations. AI-generated resumes and cover letters are provided as guidance tools, with users retaining full responsibility for their content and presentation.
4.2 AI Mock Interview Results & Limitations
The AI Mock Interview System evaluates candidates based on verbal, nonverbal, and content-based factors, providing real-time feedback and performance insights. However, AI-driven evaluations have limitations. They analyze verbal tone, clarity, and confidence but cannot fully interpret emotions, intent, or complex human interactions.
AI-generated interview scores are suggestive rather than definitive employability measures. Hiring decisions depend on employer-specific evaluation criteria that AI does not account for. While the system can help users refine their responses and communication skills, it does not guarantee hiring success or predict how an employer will assess a candidate.
Furthermore, AI cannot fully evaluate soft skills or cultural fit, as it primarily focuses on technical correctness and delivery rather than qualities such as creativity, leadership, or workplace compatibility. Employers prioritize subjective factors like team dynamics and cultural alignment, which AI cannot assess. Therefore, users should treat AI Mock Interview feedback as a practice tool rather than a final assessment of hiring readiness.
4.3 User Responsibility for Reviewing AI-Generated Content
While Woyage.AI’s AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and interview evaluations are designed to assist job seekers, users must exercise independent judgment before relying on AI-generated outputs.
Users are required to edit and verify AI-generated resumes and cover letters for accuracy, ensure compliance with employer preferences and industry-specific expectations, and cross-check AI interview feedback with human insights, such as career coaches or mentors.
AI is not a replacement for professional resume writing, career coaching, or interview training. Users must customize their application materials themselves.
Woyage.AI is not responsible for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of AI-generated content. Users who submit AI-generated content without review assume full responsibility for potential consequences. AI tools enhance job-seeking efforts, but users must apply human oversight and industry-specific knowledge.
4.4 No Guarantees of Hiring or Job Placement
Woyage.AI’s AI-driven services are designed to assist users in job-seeking but do not guarantee employment outcomes. Employers make hiring decisions solely based on their evaluation criteria. AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and interview feedback are supportive tools but do not secure jobs. Hiring outcomes are influenced by external factors such as industry demand, competition, economic conditions, and real-world interview performance.
While AI can enhance job applications and provide recommendations, it does not replace networking, skills development, or professional coaching. Employers retain full discretion in selecting candidates using their subjective and objective hiring standards.
5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
To ensure fair, ethical, and lawful use of Woyage.AI’s AI-powered recruitment tools, users must adhere to strict guidelines governing their conduct on the platform. Any misuse, fraudulent activities, or privacy and security violations will result in account suspension, legal action, or other enforcement measures.
5.1 Fraudulent Use of AI Tools
Woyage.AI prohibits the deceptive, manipulative, or unethical use of AI-powered services. Examples of Fraudulent AI Use include generating false credentials or qualifications using the AI Resume Builder, creating AI-generated work experience, job history, or skills that the user does not possess, using AI-generated content to impersonate another individual, or applying for jobs under pretenses, and circumventing AI usage limits through multiple fake accounts. Users must use AI tools ethically and truthfully. Any attempt to deceive employers or manipulate AI-generated results is strictly forbidden.
5.2 Misrepresentation in AI-Generated Resumes
Users must not falsify work experience, education, job titles, or certifications, use AI to fabricate achievements, or submit misleading resumes to employers. Users are required to review and correct AI-generated resumes before applying, assume full liability for any misrepresentation, and risk account suspension or legal consequences for fraudulent applications.
Woyage.AI is not responsible for inaccurate or false information users provide, as AI-generated content serves as a suggestion, not a validation of qualifications. Users are responsible for ensuring that their AI-generated resumes accurately reflect their experience and qualifications.
5.3 Misuse of AI Interview Data
Woyage.AI’s AI Mock Interview System is designed for self-improvement and job interview preparation. Users must not misuse AI-generated interview feedback, recordings, or analytics.
Users must not manipulate employer decisions, falsify AI interview metrics, distribute or repurpose interview recordings, submit AI-generated recordings as job application materials, or alter feedback to misrepresent skills or experience. AI interview data is securely stored and accessible only to the user unless they provide explicit consent to share it, with the option to request deletion at any time. At the same time, unauthorized sharing or tampering may result in account termination.
AI interview feedback is for practice purposes only and does not guarantee real-world interview success. Employers cannot access AI-generated interview results unless the user grants permission. Users must use AI interviews for skill development, not manipulating hiring outcomes or misrepresenting qualifications.
5.4 Violation of Privacy & Security Policies
Users are strictly prohibited from accessing, collecting, or storing data without consent, attempting to hack or disrupt platform security, scraping or mining AI-generated content, using unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate AI outputs, or sharing personal AI-generated data without consent. Any violation of Woyage.AI’s privacy and security policies may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action to protect user data and platform integrity.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those specifically endorsed or approved by us.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
6.1 Content Ownership & Rights
By submitting content to Woyage.AI, users retain ownership of their original work while granting Woyage.AI a limited license to use, store, and process their contributions for platform functionality and AI improvements.
Users retain full ownership of any original content they create, including resumes, cover letters, interview responses, and comments. They can modify, delete, or remove their content at any time unless it is shared in a public forum. Woyage.AI does not claim ownership over user-generated content but may use anonymized data for AI training (where law permits).
6.2 Limited License to Woyage.AI
By submitting content, users grant Woyage.AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display user-generated content as part of the platform’s functionality, analyze, improve, and refine AI models using anonymized user contributions, and share content with third-party partners only when explicitly permitted by users.
Users may request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws. Deleted content may remain in system backups for a limited period but will not be actively used. Users retain control over their content, while Woyage.AI ensures responsible use for AI-powered improvements and platform functionality.
6.3 Moderation & Removal of Inappropriate Content
To maintain a safe and respectful platform, Woyage.AI actively moderates user-generated content and reserves the right to remove, edit, or restrict content that violates these Terms. Woyage.AI may remove content that violates prohibited content policies, suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly engage in prohibited activities, or report illegal content or activities to relevant authorities when necessary.
Users can report inappropriate content or policy violations by emailing support@woyage.ai with relevant details. Reports will be reviewed, and appropriate action will be taken within a reasonable timeframe. If users believe their content was removed unfairly, they may submit an appeal request to support@woyage.ai and provide context or clarification on why their
Woyage.AI reserves the right to moderate content to ensure compliance with platform policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
7. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PAYMENT TERMS
Woyage.AI offers free and paid subscription plans that provide users access to AI-driven recruitment tools, such as AI resume building, AI-powered cover letter generation, mock interviews, and job application assistance. Its tiered pricing structure differentiates between free basic access and premium subscription plans.
All plans and subscriptions are intended for individual use only and cannot be shared or used by multiple users or groups. Each subscription is tied to a single account and may not be distributed, transferred, or accessed by unauthorized users.
Free Plan Features: The free plan offers limited access to the AI resume builder and cover letter generator, basic AI interview practice with standard feedback, and priority support. It does not include advanced AI analysis.
Paid Subscription Plans: Paid users unlock premium features, including full AI resume optimization with industry-specific enhancements, unlimited AI-generated cover letters with customization, advanced mock interviews with in-depth feedback, and priority customer support with AI career advisors.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). Users receive an email reminder before renewal. To avoid failed renewals, users must ensure sufficient funds in their payment method.
Users may upgrade to a higher-tier plan anytime, with prorated charges applied. Downgrades take effect during the next billing cycle, and premium features remain available until the end of the current term.
Woyage.AI accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and digital wallets (where available), bank transfers for enterprise purchases, and cryptocurrency payments if permitted by platform policies.
Fee Changes: Woyage.AI may occasionally update subscription fees or pricing structures to reflect new features, market conditions, or regulatory requirements. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance in accordance with applicable laws. Users will receive prior notice before such adjustments take effect and will have the opportunity to review and modify their subscriptions before renewal. Continued use of premium services after a pricing update constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
7.1 Refund & Cancellation Policies
All purchases are non-refundable, except in cases where the user was charged incorrectly or for an unintended subscription renewal or the service was unavailable for an extended period due to platform issues. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date by contacting support@woyage.ai.
Refunds will not be issued for user dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, partial use of premium features, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing, but users retain access until the end of the billing cycle. Once a subscription is canceled, premium features will be downgraded to free-tier access at the end of the billing period. Users will not receive prorated refunds for the remaining period after cancellation.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Woyage.AI owns and retains all rights, titles, and interests in AI models, algorithms, and platform technology. The platform, including software, databases, AI-generated insights, website design, and branding, is protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws. No part of Woyage.AI’s source code, AI decision-making logic, or proprietary systems is made available to users, and reverse engineering, decompiling, or replicating AI functionalities is strictly prohibited.
All logos, trademarks, service marks, and branding elements of Woyage.AI are the company's exclusive property. Users may not use Woyage.AI’s trademarks or branding without prior written permission.
Users acknowledge that Woyage.AI retains full ownership of its AI systems, and any unauthorized use, duplication, or manipulation of its proprietary technology is strictly prohibited.
Woyage.AI allows users to create and upload resumes, cover letters, interview responses, and other contributions. While users retain ownership of their content, they grant Woyage.AI a limited license to process, store, and improve AI services.
Users retain full ownership of original content, including text, job application materials, and uploaded documents. Woyage.AI does not claim ownership over user-generated resumes, cover letters, or interview recordings.
9. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS
Woyage.AI respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content available on the platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to support@woyage.ai.
Your request should include a detailed description of the copyrighted work, a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and your contact details for follow-up.
Knowingly submitting false copyright claims may result in legal consequences. If unsure whether a material infringes copyright, consider consulting a legal professional before submitting a request.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & INTEGRATIONS
Woyage.AI may use third-party AI solutions, APIs, and cloud-based models to power features such as resume generation, interview analysis, and job-matching recommendations.
AI-generated resumes and cover letters may use third-party NLP (Natural Language Processing) models to enhance formatting and phrasing. AI-driven speech and video analysis may be processed through external AI providers to assess candidate responses in mock interviews. Job matching algorithms may integrate with external databases to provide better hiring recommendations.
Woyage.AI only shares anonymized data with third-party AI services to improve AI-driven insights. Personal data is not shared with third parties unless explicitly permitted by the user. All third-party AI service providers must comply with industry security standards, including GDPR and CCPA regulations.
Users should review third-party AI providers' policies before engaging with AI-generated recommendations.
11. ADVERTISEMENTS
Woyage.AI may display advertisements or provide space for third-party promotions on the platform. Advertisements may appear in designated areas, such as sidebars or banners, and are not directly endorsed by Woyage.AI.
Woyage.AI does not control third-party advertisements and is not responsible for any claims, offers, or transactions made by advertisers. Users engage with third-party advertisers at their own risk and should review the applicable privacy policies and terms before sharing any information.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 No Liability for AI-Generated Hiring Outcomes
Woyage.AI’s AI-driven recommendations do not determine final hiring decisions, as hiring processes involve human judgment, employer discretion, and external factors beyond AI’s control. Employers use their evaluation criteria in hiring, independent of Woyage.AI’s AI-generated interview feedback or resume recommendations. AI may suggest job opportunities, but users are responsible for verifying job listings and meeting employer requirements.
AI-powered resume optimization and interview analysis do not guarantee job placement or increase hiring chances. Woyage.AI is not responsible for employer decisions, job market fluctuations, or user qualifications.
11.2 No Liability for Errors in AI-Generated Resumes
Woyage.AI’s AI Resume Builder and Cover Letter Generator uses machine learning models to create customized application materials. However, users must manually review and verify AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance. AI-generated resumes are based on user input, and Woyage.AI does not guarantee grammatical, factual, or formatting accuracy. AI-generated content may not meet specific employer preferences or applicant tracking system (ATS) requirements.
Users are responsible for proofreading and modifying AI-generated resumes and cover letters before submitting them to employers. Woyage.AI is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content that may impact job applications.
Users must not submit AI-generated resumes with false credentials, fabricated experience, or misleading claims. Woyage.AI is not liable for legal, professional, or reputational consequences if a user misrepresents information in an AI-generated resume.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated resumes are intended as templates and must be reviewed for accuracy before use.
13. GENERAL DISCLAIMER ON AI-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING
Woyage.AI utilizes AI and machine learning to provide personalized career insights, job recommendations, and interview evaluations. However, AI models are not infallible and should be used as guidance rather than absolute decision-making tools.
AI analyzes data trends, language patterns, and predefined algorithms but cannot fully interpret human intent, emotional intelligence, or complex hiring nuances. AI-generated recommendations do not replace human recruiters, career advisors, or personal decision-makers. AI-generated feedback on resumes, cover letters, and interviews is based on probability models and may not always be correct. AI interview analysis may misinterpret tone, speech, or body language, leading to inaccurate performance assessments.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are suggestions, not guarantees. Woyage.AI is not responsible for decisions based on AI feedback by users or third parties.
Users agree to use Woyage.AI’s AI tools as advisory resources and assume full responsibility for their job applications, interview performance, and career decisions.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any disputes or claims arising from or related to the use of Woyage.AI’s platform, including its AI-powered recruitment tools and services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By using Woyage.AI’s services, you acknowledge that the governing law applies regardless of your geographic location or the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Users accessing Woyage.AI from outside the United States are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any consumer rights available under mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.
14.1 Dispute Resolution Mechanism
In the event of a dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms or the use of Woyage.AI’s services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through the following process before pursuing legal action:
Informal Resolution: Users are encouraged to contact Woyage.AI’s support team at support@woyage.ai to attempt a resolution. Woyage.AI will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve disputes within 30 days of receiving a complaint.
Mediation: If an informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to participate in mediation by a neutral third party. The mediation will occur in San Francisco, California, or another mutually agreed-upon location, and both parties will share the costs equally.
Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the matter shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and enforceable in any competent court. Arbitration proceedings will take place in San Francisco, California, unless both parties agree to an alternative location. Each party shall bear its costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to pursue claims in court, except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or where statutory consumer protections apply.
15. & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
Users may have their accounts suspended or terminated if they violate Woyage.AI’s policies, misuse AI-generated content, or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

Woyage.AI reserves the right to enforce terminations at its sole discretion, depending on the severity of the violation.
When an account is terminated or suspended, the User loses access to their Woyage.AI account, including all AI-generated content, stored resumes, cover letters, and interview history. Any active subscription or premium features will be revoked. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the remaining subscription periods. Any outstanding balances or unpaid fees remain due, and the User may be restricted from re-registering or creating new accounts.
Users acknowledge that account termination results in complete services and data loss without restoration.
16. MODIFICATIONS & SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
With or without prior notice, Woyage.AI may modify, enhance, or discontinue platform features, including AI resume tools, interview preparation, and job matching. Pricing adjustments for subscriptions and premium services may occur, with advance notice given to active users, allowing them to cancel before renewal. Discounts, promotions, and free trials may also be modified or discontinued at Woyage.AI’s discretion.
Service disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical failures, or cyberattacks, and Woyage.AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access. While scheduled maintenance will be communicated, urgent updates may be applied without warning. Woyage.AI is not liable for financial losses from outages, and users should keep backups of their AI-generated resumes and cover letters.
Woyage.AI is not obligated to maintain specific features indefinitely and may discontinue AI tools or integrations at its discretion. If a discontinued feature was part of a paid plan, alternative services or adjustments may be provided. The company is not required to offer continuous updates or support, and older features may be phased out or removed immediately if necessary. Users acknowledge that Woyage.AI’s services will evolve.

By using Woyage.AI, users consent to receive legal notices, billing updates, security alerts, AI-generated reports, and promotional messages via email, in-platform notifications, or text messages, with the option to opt out of marketing emails but not mandatory communications. Electronic signatures are legally binding, allowing users to accept terms, authorize payments, and sign contracts compliant with global e-signature laws, including the U.S. E-SIGN Act and the EU eIDAS Regulation. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of digital agreements and may request copies via support@woyage.ai. Woyage.AI does not provide paper records, and all documentation‐including invoices, legal contracts, and AI-generated content‐is maintained electronically, with users responsible for saving their digital copies. Requests for electronic versions of past transactions can be made, but Woyage.AI is not required to retain records indefinitely. By continuing to use the platform, users acknowledge that all transactions and communications will be conducted digitally, with no obligation for physical documentation.
